delivery and payment terms
Delivery conditions:
The delivery period begins on the day the order is received by the contractor, provided that all work documents are clearly and unambiguously available to the contractor and nothing to the contrary has been noted in the order confirmation; it ends on the day on which the goods leave the contractor's premises. Agreed delivery times are generally only approximate dates, unless they have been expressly confirmed in writing as fixed dates. The delivery period is interrupted for the duration of the inspection of brush proofs, proofs or sample samples sent. In the event of a delay in delivery, the client can only assert its legal rights after granting a grace period. The grace period must be appropriate to the nature and scope of the order. - If damage is due to the contractor's fault (except for gross negligence), it is limited to the amount of the invoice. Lost profits cannot be claimed. Force majeure generally releases the contractor from any obligation to deliver, regardless of whether this force majeure occurred in the contractor's premises or in the premises of the subcontractors and suppliers. In such a case, the Client is not entitled to withdraw from the contract or to hold the Contractor liable for any damage.
Return and exchange:
You can return the goods within 14 days without giving a reason, but only in the original packaging and with the invoice. To do so, you must fill out the cancellation form (see terms and conditions). This is also possible in the store.
Products that have already been opened or used cannot be exchanged or returned.
Payment terms:
Payment is made immediately, via credit card, Klarna or other possible payment methods
